MUJO AI TERMS & CONDITIONS

Date: 23 September 2026

Plain-language summary

You must be at least 18 and have rights to every item you upload, including a person's likeness or voice. MUJO lets you create and use AI outputs commercially, subject to applicable law, the rights of others and any model-specific restrictions. Your inputs stay yours; as between you and MUJO, you receive whatever rights MUJO can lawfully grant in outputs. Outputs may not be unique, accurate or free of third-party claims. Subscription credits expire according to the plan; separately purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except duplicate charges, verified material technical failures and non-waivable legal rights. Organization-owned Workspace projects remain under the organization's control. MUJO does not train its own foundation AI models on Customer Content; third-party model providers operate under their own applicable agreements. Material updated Terms require an in-product affirmative acceptance before continued use.

This summary is for convenience; the provisions below govern.

1. Parties, Service and acceptance

1.1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MUJO AI SDN. BHD. ("MUJO", "we", "us") governing access to mujoai.com, our software-as-a-service platform, generative AI tools, AI Avatar, Creative Memory, prompt library, editing tools, Workspace, APIs if made available, and associated features (the "Service").

1.2. By registering, selecting "Accept" or another clearly identified acceptance control, or using a version of the Service for which you have already accepted these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept an updated version requiring affirmative acceptance, you may not continue using the affected Service, except for available account-management, support and legally required access or export options.

1.3. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; it is not an agreement to optional marketing, advertising cookies or any other purpose requiring a distinct consent. Additional feature-specific terms, subscription checkout terms, signed order forms or a DPA may apply. In case of conflict, an individually executed agreement prevails for its stated subject matter; the Affiliate Program Agreement and Creator Program Agreement govern their respective program-specific matters.

1.4. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. References to "you" may therefore mean both the individual and that organization, as appropriate.

2. Eligibility, account and security

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and, where higher, the legal age of majority where you reside. The Service is not intended for children.

2.2. Provide truthful registration and billing information, maintain account confidentiality, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access at [email protected]. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law, except where caused by MUJO's own breach of duty.

2.3. We may require reasonable verification, restrict access, or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law or investigate suspected abuse. Administrators are responsible for granting and revoking their members' Workspace access.

3. Plans, subscriptions and payment

3.1. Current plan features, subscription periods, usage limits, prices, model availability and credit costs are presented on the relevant pricing, plan or checkout screen. Features and model availability may vary by plan, region, provider and system capacity.

3.2. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a paid subscription automatically renews for the same billing period until canceled. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge recurring fees and taxes. You may cancel through the available account/billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not erase charges already incurred.

3.3. MUJO may change pricing or plan inclusions prospectively with advance notice required by applicable law and the applicable contract. A changed renewal price will not take effect earlier than legally permitted. Taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider fees may apply as shown at checkout.

3.4. Payments are handled by third-party processors. MUJO does not ordinarily store full payment-card numbers. Failed payment may pause paid features after any applicable notice or grace period.

4. Credits and wallet

4.1. "Credits" are internal usage units, not money, legal tender, transferable property, a deposit, or a cash balance. Applicable credit costs are displayed in the Service or applicable plan information and may vary by model, output type, resolution and feature.

4.2. Subscription Credits: credits included with a recurring plan are available for the applicable subscription period and expire at its end unless the plan expressly states otherwise. Unused Subscription Credits do not roll over or convert to cash.

4.3. Top-Up Credits: credits separately purchased and credited to a top-up wallet do not expire merely because time passes or a paid subscription is canceled, so long as the account remains active and the Service permits access to the wallet. Top-Up Credits have no cash redemption value and are not refundable simply because they remain unused, subject to mandatory law. Account deletion may make remaining credits inaccessible; see Section 13.

4.4. Promotional, trial and complimentary credits may carry separate limits or expiry terms clearly disclosed when granted. We may correct mistakenly granted credits or revoke credits obtained through abuse or fraud.

4.5. MUJO may charge credits when a generation or other billable operation is initiated as disclosed in the interface. Where MUJO verifies that a charge was made for an operation that materially failed due to a technical problem attributable to the Service, it may restore the corresponding credits or provide another appropriate remedy. An output that does not match subjective expectations, without a service failure, is not by itself grounds for a refund or credit reversal.

4.6. Some creator content or packs may include a creator-defined markup or separately priced purchase, governed by the disclosed checkout terms and the Creator Program Agreement where applicable.

5. Refunds, billing errors and consumer rights

5.1. Except as required by applicable law or an expressly agreed enterprise order, fees are prepaid and non-refundable. MUJO will consider refunds for a duplicate charge or a verified material technical error attributable to MUJO that prevented the purchased Service from being supplied. Report suspected billing errors promptly, preferably within 7 days of the transaction, with the relevant transaction details. This reporting preference does not reduce mandatory statutory rights or deadlines.

5.2. We may first investigate and, where appropriate, repair the fault, restore credits, re-perform the service, or provide a refund as required by law or these Terms. Mere dissatisfaction with the aesthetic or commercial performance of an AI output does not constitute a technical defect.

5.3. Consumers may have non-waivable rights, including cooling-off, withdrawal, repair, replacement or refund rights in particular jurisdictions. Any waiver or loss of a statutory withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content or services applies only where the applicable legal conditions have been met, including any required express request, consent and acknowledgment. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

5.4. Contact us before initiating a payment dispute when practicable. We will not penalize a legally protected, good-faith dispute; fraudulent chargebacks and unpaid amounts may lead to lawful collection or account restrictions.

6. Customer Content, uploads and permissions

6.1. "Customer Content" means content submitted, imported, generated, edited or stored through the Service, including prompts, reference images, files, audio, video, product information, workflows, comments and outputs. As between you and MUJO, you retain rights in your pre-existing inputs, subject to third-party rights.

6.2. By uploading or submitting any material, including photographs, reference images, video, audio, likenesses or other personal data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary intellectual-property rights, privacy permissions, notices, consents and other lawful authority from the individuals and rights holders concerned. This obligation applies across all Service features, including AI Avatar, and to client or organization materials submitted on their behalf.

6.3. You are responsible for the lawfulness of submitted materials and their intended use. Do not create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, deceptive or non-consensual impersonations, intimate imagery or other content that violates the rights or safety of others. MUJO does not independently verify identity, ownership or consent for every submission and is not responsible for unauthorized use by users except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes MUJO’s own applicable data-protection and security obligations.

6.4. You grant MUJO and the service providers acting on its behalf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the time and extent reasonably needed, to host, reproduce, transmit, process, transform, display within authorized account/workspace interfaces, and store Customer Content to provide, secure, troubleshoot and maintain the Service, perform requested AI operations, operate Creative Memory, and comply with applicable law. We do not acquire ownership of Customer Content through this license. Public posting or promotional reuse by MUJO requires a separate authorization where applicable, and Enterprise Customer Content is private by default.

6.5. Our processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune MUJO's own foundation or general-purpose generative AI models. We may use appropriately anonymized, aggregated usage insights to improve recommendations, routing, analytics and other non-foundation algorithms. Third-party AI providers may be subject to different data-use and retention arrangements; see Section 7 and the Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated outputs and third-party models

7.1. To the extent MUJO owns or controls any assignable rights in an output generated specifically for you, MUJO assigns or grants those rights to you to the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party terms. This does not transfer rights in our software, models, third-party assets, other users' content or materials you did not lawfully own or license. Copyright or other exclusive rights in an AI-generated work may not arise in every jurisdiction.

7.2. Subject to these Terms, applicable law and any clearly identified model-specific restrictions, you may use your outputs commercially. You must independently check factual accuracy, originality, legal compliance, likeness/voice permissions, trademark rights and any disclosure or labeling obligations before relying on or publishing outputs. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users; MUJO does not guarantee exclusivity or non-infringement.

7.3. The Service routes requests to third-party AI models, cloud providers or API intermediaries. Providers may differ in safety rules, content policies, retention, geographic processing, rights and permitted uses. Certain models and features may be subject to additional provider-specific restrictions, disclosed where applicable. We may change, suspend or replace available models. Any specific enterprise restrictions, no-training assurances, region commitments, indemnification or service levels must be expressly agreed and supported by the relevant provider arrangement.

7.4. MUJO itself does not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune its own foundation or general-purpose generative models. We do not represent that every third-party provider or route has identical training or zero-retention commitments. We transmit content for the requested generation and related operational functions as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.5. AI outputs can be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, similar to existing materials or unavailable due to provider restrictions. Model-generated advice, representations or results are not professional or legal advice. Human review remains necessary.

8. Organizational Workspaces and Enterprise confidentiality

8.1. Where a Workspace is established for an organization, all organization projects, shared files, generation histories, business assets and workflow materials are controlled by that organization, as between the organization, its members and MUJO, subject to the rights of third-party owners and applicable law. An employee's or contractor's departure does not transfer organizational Workspace content to that person.

8.2. The organization appoints administrators and manages members, roles, model access, credit limits, reviews and project visibility to the extent features permit. It is responsible for its members' actions and for the lawful instructions it gives MUJO regarding organization-controlled data.

8.3. Enterprise Customer Content is private by default. MUJO will not publish it, use it in advertising, portfolio materials, public demonstrations or case studies without separate permission from the authorized organization. Authorized Workspace members, contracted service providers and persons legally entitled to access it may nevertheless process or view it for the purposes disclosed in our agreements and Privacy Policy.

8.4. Any additional enterprise-specific requirements concerning data processing, retention, security, approved model routes, subprocessors, service levels or administrative controls must be agreed separately in writing where applicable. No unsupported security certification, local-only storage or universal third-party no-training guarantee is implied by a standard subscription.

9. Creative Memory, personalization and feedback

9.1. Creative Memory operates automatically as part of the Service and may analyze your prompts, outputs, parameters, model selections, edits, downloads, reuse and review feedback to suggest controls, model choices and workflows. It is an assistive feature and does not guarantee performance or results. No separate in-product disable switch is currently provided; applicable privacy rights may be exercised as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2. MUJO may use properly anonymized and aggregated patterns across accounts to improve recommendations, model routing, reliability and product research. Identifiable private images, prompts and client review comments are not placed into another customer's personal memory as shared examples merely because they were submitted to the Service.

9.3. You grant MUJO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use non-confidential product feedback, suggestions and ideas to develop the Service without compensation, but this clause does not override our privacy, confidentiality or Customer Content obligations.

10. Acceptable use and intellectual property

10.1. You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, facilitate fraud, distribute malware, circumvent safety systems, compromise networks, scrape or extract models or other users' data, exceed published API/rate limits, or resell/white-label the Service without written authorization. You may not use the Service to train competing models where that violates applicable platform or provider restrictions.

10.2. MUJO and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, platform templates and proprietary systems, excluding Customer Content. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purposes while your access remains authorized.

10.3. Report copyright or other rights concerns to [email protected] with sufficient details to evaluate the request. We may investigate, restrict access to or remove allegedly unlawful content and respond to appropriate legal notices.

11. Availability, changes and beta features

11.1. We strive to operate the Service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of any particular provider, model, feature or output. Third-party capacity, safety policies, technical failures, regulatory changes and other events may affect availability. Enterprise service commitments apply only if agreed in writing.

11.2. We may modify or retire features and adjust reasonable usage controls. Where a change materially adversely affects an active paid plan, we will provide any notice or remedy required by law and applicable contract.

11.3. Beta, preview and experimental features may change or be removed and may contain errors. They are provided on an as-available basis, subject to non-waivable consumer and other legal protections. Additional confidentiality restrictions may apply to private betas if clearly stated.

12. Disclaimers, liability and indemnification

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted performance, fitness for a particular purpose, output uniqueness, legal compliance, merchantability or non-infringement. This disclaimer does not override guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUJO's aggregate liability arising from the Service and these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limit would be unlawful, including for fraud, willful misconduct or applicable mandatory consumer remedies.

12.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, except where applicable law or a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

12.4. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree to defend and indemnify MUJO against third-party claims arising from your unlawful Customer Content, violation of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law and excluding losses caused by MUJO's own wrongdoing. This indemnity does not impose obligations on consumers that mandatory law prohibits.

13. Cancellation, suspension, deletion and surviving obligations

13.1. You may cancel a paid subscription through account controls or support. Subject to law and the applicable plan, access continues until the end of the paid term; unused Subscription Credits expire under Section 4. Top-Up Credits do not expire merely because the subscription ends while the account remains active.

13.2. MUJO may reasonably suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, nonpayment, security risks, misuse or legal requirements, with notice when practicable. We may make reasonable efforts to provide a route to contact support or exercise data rights even when generation access is restricted.

13.3. If you request deletion of an account or organization Workspace, content deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy, including limited backup, safety and legal-record exceptions. Deleting an account terminates access to any remaining non-cash credits; it is not a redemption or refund event, subject to non-waivable law and any specific written agreement. Before deletion, users should export any material they wish to keep; organization administrators control export of organization content.

13.4. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including accrued payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, lawful data retention, liability limitations, dispute provisions and permitted use of genuinely anonymized aggregate data, survive termination.

14. Compliance and international restrictions

You must comply with applicable laws, including intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, trade-control, export and sanctions laws. Some models and payment processors may restrict access based on location, customer status, usage or applicable legal obligations. MUJO may restrict a route or account where necessary to comply with those specific requirements. This Section does not state that every jurisdiction named in a third party's policy is universally prohibited by all applicable laws.

15. Changes and affirmative acceptance

15.1. We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, commercial and product changes. The updated version will state its date. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Service and, when required, another appropriate channel.

15.2. For changes requiring renewed acceptance, existing users will see an in-product notice with links to the updated Terms and Privacy Policy and a clear acceptance control. Continued access to the affected Service may be suspended until acceptance. MUJO records the user, relevant document versions and time of acceptance. Privacy acknowledgments do not amount to consent for separate optional purposes; those choices remain independent.

15.3. If you reject updated Terms, you may cease using the Service, cancel renewals and exercise applicable data or statutory rights through available account or support channels. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory legal rights or override a signed agreement.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection or other laws of your place of residence apply. Subject to non-waivable rights and any separate signed agreement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Affiliate and Creator Program disputes are governed by the applicable program agreement for program-specific matters.

17. Affiliate and Creator Programs

Participation in an affiliate or creator monetization program may require acceptance of separate terms relating to attribution, eligible activity, program conduct, credit or cash settlement, intellectual property and payouts. In the event of a conflict on an applicable program-specific matter, the relevant Affiliate Program Agreement or Creator Program Agreement controls.
